The Islamabad High Court gave its verdict on Imran Khan's bail
application in the Al-Qadir Trust case, in which the court granted the former
prime minister's bail and ordered his release, for which Imran Khan had to
submit a bond of Rs 10 lakh.
According to the details, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir
Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the bail application of PTI
founder Imran Khan in the £190 million NAB Reference Al-Qadir Trust case. So
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jangiri asked him to tell whether the money was sent by
NCA or by Malik Riaz. Amjad Pervez said that Malik Riaz had an out-of-quote
settlement with NCA On which Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked that you
do not have any document for it, it is all verbal. I asked you before whether
you have the order of Forensic or de-Fransic. You said that you have any of
these documents. N/A Do you have any evidence of out of court settlement?
Chief Justice Amir Farooq while talking to the new prosecutor
Amjad Pervez said that the question of my lord is too much, I don't understand
why you are not answering, you have already answered this question in your
documents, Justice Tariq Jhangiri asked. What will be said about the money
transferred before the note placed before the Prime Minister NAB prosecutor
replied that the money was transferred after the Confidentiality deed was
executed and Imran Khan's role was that the SP recovery unit was directly
affiliated with him.
Justice Tariq Jhangiri remarked that it was not written in the Confidentiality
deed that the money would go to the supreme court account. Amjad Parvez replied
that on the notice of this court I have re-read the Confidentiality deed. This
Confidentiality deed was a big fraud when East Recovery Unit was in
correspondence with the National Crime Agency in London. Purchased and
transferred to the name of Zulfi Bukhari When the land was transferred to the
name of Zulfi Bukhari, then Al-Qadir Trust did not exist.
