Use of “Has” “Have“ And Had in Model Sentences
In this chapter the use of Has Have and Had is shown in model English Sentences.
In Affirmative sentences have is
used with plural subjects I, you, we and they. Has is used with singular
subjects He, She, and It. Had is the past tense form of has and have.
In negative sentence no/not is
used with has have and had.
In interrogative sentence has have
and had precede the subject and are put at the beginning of the sentence.
In Negative, Interrogative
sentence no/not is put either after the subject or after the verb. For example
Has he not got watch?
